Care instructions
- Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.

- Resin Items typically ship in 5-7 days as they are made to order.
- Stickers typically ship in 2-4 days.
All other items usually ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that Holiday time frames can be 1-3 days longer. Please keep this in mind when ordering with a specific Holiday in mind.
Our goods are handmade and as such require 2-4 days to make! We are a super small team, so please understand we work as fast as we can while still ensuring badass quality on your order.
As all items are made-to-order, once we start processing your order we cannot cancel or refund.
DELIVERY
All our items ship from the U.S. For Domestic orders, orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipping.
HOLIDAYS
Delivery can take longer during the holidays as carrier volume is higher than normal. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Refunds or returns won’t be processed for orders subject to unforeseen delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders can take 15-30 days for delivery. Please remember that on rare occasions, due to customs delays, delivery can be extended to 45-60 days. If you are not okay with this, we ask that you please not order.
Choosing expedited shipping does not change processing time.
USPS/UPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore CtrlAltDelights CAN NOT guarantee delivery times.

NON-US CUSTOMERS
Please note the buyer is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.
